How does JewcyWrap ship?
We ship UPS ground. We have found that this is the most reliable and affordable option. We also like UPS because you can track your order once shipped. Hey, we know how excited you are to get your JewcyWrap.

At any given time you can log in to your account to find out the status of your order. Once it is in the hands of UPS we'll provide you with the tracking number so you'll know when to expect your wrap.

What if you need to change your order?
The Internet is a wonderful thing, it is also very fast. We begin processing orders right away so take your time when ordering to make sure that you get exactly what you need and want.

What about privacy and security?
We will never sell your name or email information. We may on occasion email you with a special offer or news from JewcyWrap, but that's it. Of course we'll also inform you of your order status!

Is the JewcyWrap site secure?
You can be rest assured, we use SSL, Secure Socket Layer, technology to process your order. SSL encrypts your personal information protecting you and your information from Internet predators. You can tell that you are in the SSL mode when your browser reads https instead of http.

How is sales tax calculated?
Depending on where you live, you will get taxed. Hey it's the American way. Everything is calculated through our shopping cart, so pay attention while ordering.

Can I return my JewcyWrap?
Why would you even consider returning JewcyWrap??? At this time we are unable to accept returned merchandise. However, if for some reason your product arrives damaged, please see the Damaged merchandise section below.

What if my merchandise is damaged?
Somewhere along the line there was a screw up. Whether items were shipped in error or if the items received were damaged, we will accept them within 7 days of your receipt. JewcyWrap will refund ground shipping costs for the return of any item shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective. Please don't throw away the damaged goods, because damaged packaging needs to be inspected by the carrier.
